Job requirements
- Experience: 6-10 years residential HVAC experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Licenses/Certifications: EPA certification required and Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Skills: Leadership, training and development, payroll management, customer service excellence.
- Availability: 41-50 hours per week, including some weekends and on-call responsibilities.
- Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the US.
