IoT Deployment Services specializes in the technical installation, commissioning, and verification of your smart building solution. We have deployed over 3.5 million devices across 150 million square feet of commercial space in 11 countries. We serve regional and national end-users across multiple verticals that need streamlined turnkey deployments of IoT platforms. In this capacity, we serve as a partner by overseeing the entire process from start-to-finish and handling the complexity every step of the way. We also serve our clients by assisting with a specific component of the overall deployment of smart building technologies whether it be integrated lighting solutions, location-based services, HVAC related software integrations and various energy management technologies. Responsibilities
As a Territory Sales Manager-Building Access and Monitoring Systems you will be responsible for expanding IDS technical services and products to increase our revenue in smart building access platforms and automated visual monitoring. In this role, you will develop strategies to drive IOT Deployments’ portfolio of services in this growing business segment. The qualified candidate must be a self-starter by nature and can drive results in a highly collaborative environment.
Qualifications
- 2+ years progressive sales and/or business management experience in building access systems and video-based monitoring.
- Deep understanding of relevant technology platforms and relationships with vendors.
- Domaine expertise in low voltage implementations in new and existing commercial facilities.
- Experience in business development and/or product management are assets.
- Deep understanding of the success factors required in these segments.
- Strategic customer relationships in North Carolina.
- Knowledge of the competitive service provider environment in North Carolina
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue and sustainable pipeline growth.
- Proven ability to develop multi-technology solutions to solve customer pain points and manage the project through multiple sales cycle stages.
- Demonstrated competencies to drive profitable business through direct, and channel-based relationships.
- Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in engineering, business, or technology- MBA a plus.
- Ability to manage meetings through various business platforms and travel for relevant customer meetings.
Location
This position will be based in North Carolina with a preference for Charlotte.
Compensation
Competitive base salary commensurate with experience plus quarterly bonus based on goal attainment.
