Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our door-to-door sales team. This role involves managing a team of sales representatives, driving sales strategies, and generating leads through door-to-door sales efforts. The Sales Manager will be responsible for setting sales targets, training and motivating the team, and ensuring the achievement of company sales goals.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of door-to-door sales representatives.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Set and monitor sales targets for the team.
- Conduct door-to-door sales to generate leads and schedule appointments.
- Train and mentor sales representatives to ensure high performance.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism.
- Analyze sales data and adjust strategies to improve results.
- Collaborate with the management team to align sales efforts with company goals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in direct sales, preferably door-to-door.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
