Job Description
The Customer Service Representative position is responsible for handling and processing incoming calls and requests from utility customers for Crossroads Utility Services, LLC.
Required Skills
- Excellent Communication skills both written and verbal
- High school diploma or equivalent and 0-1 years of experience
- Good verbal and written communications
- Good phone and customer service skills
- 10-key experience
- Proficiency in use of computers including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, etc)

- Bilingual (Spanish) Preferred
Required Experience
- Answers all inbound calls for company
- Responds to customer inquiries by phone, email or in person
- Receives, prepares, and tracks customer requests for utility service
- Completes necessary paperwork associated with each application for service
- Refers complaints of service issues to designated utility departments -
- Processes and reviews status of new and existing orders requested by customers
- Inputs information regarding utility inspections and customer payments
- Prepares basic written and electronic correspondences with customers
- May utilize a cash drawer to processing and complete cash payments
- Understands and adheres to all company health and safety procedures as they relate to essential job functions
- Will complete other duties that may be assigned

Prior experience in customer service for utility
