Job Title: HVAC Service Tech and Installer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, installing, and maintaining modern commercial heating, ventilation, refrigeration, and air conditioning systems in commercial settings.
Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems
- Repair or replace defective equipment or components
- Installation of mechanical equipment and sheet metal ductwork
- Test HVAC systems for proper functioning
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient project completion
- Provide excellent customer service during installations and service calls
Experience:
- Prior experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair
- Proficiency in refrigeration, equipment repair, and appliance repair
- Knowledge of HVAC/R systems and schematics
- Ability to weld and plumb as needed
- Experience as a service technician or in property maintenance is a plus
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Skills:
- Strong understanding of refrigeration principles
- Proficient in property maintenance tasks
- Experience as a van driver preferred
- Ability to repair equipment efficiently
- Welding skills for necessary installations
- Knowledge of HVAC/R systems and components
- Familiarity with plumbing systems for installations

Expected hours: 40 per week
