Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate and schedule field service appointments efficiently.
- Utilize knowledge of Field Routes and scheduling to optimize service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with field technicians ensure seamless customer service.
- Uphold company policies and procedures while delivering top-notch service to customers.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar role.
- Familiarity with Field Routes and scheduling, preferably in the pest control industry.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High school diploma or equivilant; additional certification in Customer Service is a plus.
