- Project manage various HVAC projects ClimateCare has been awarded
- Manage field installers and technicians for each project you are managing
- Be the lead point of contact with our customers/general contractors for each project
- Review contract drawings and have a thorough understanding of the scope, schedules and specifications
- Maintain the project schedule and coordinate all aspects of the project
- Maintain a working relationship with our customers project manager and superintendent
- Pay close attention to and meet all project deadlines
- Order all equipment to be delivered on schedule according to contract drawings
- Leverage and maintain respectful relationships with equipment vendors
- Responsible to make sure you have enough manpower for each project
- Documenting technician infractions, terminating employees based on performance, errors or non-compliance.
- Check for quality control, accuracy of our installation and quality of work performed
- Overall cognizance of errors on contract drawing and communicating potential issues to our customers
- Communicating and development of potential change orders
- Completing all change order paperwork and receiving signatures of approval prior to performing work
- Providing month end progress reports and provide accounting month end invoicing for each project
- Attend all pre-bid/post bid site visits and project meetings
- Hire subcontractors (labor, crane, welders, lift rentals, controls contractors, test & balance companies…etc.)
- Promote and maintain safety on jobsites by incorporating our safety consultant at Risk Management Services
- Time management: be cognizant of the amount of time we had estimated for each job, including staying within budget of labor hours and equipment and materials prices ClimateCare budgeted during time of bid
- Maintain a company laptop, email account and company shared Office 365/OneDrive account
- Communication with our customer base is paramount, maintain daily correspondence and timely response times
- Promote ClimateCare by managing jobs professionally, efficiently and complete projects with higher performance standards than any other trade on the job
- Maintain a professional and personal relationship with field staff, promote respect within the organization & lead by example
- Maintain a working relationship with ClimateCare’s office staff, utilize their assistance and keep in direct communication with accounting, support and dispatching
- Promote advancement and training of field staff, help develop their skills and in-field training
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
