Responsibilities
- Conduct site inspections to gather requirements for bidding a job
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met
- Conduct on-site inspections to assess work quality and compliance with regulations
- Provide technical guidance and support to HVAC technicians
- Monitor project budgets and ensure cost control measures are in place
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment needed for HVAC projects
Experience
- 2-3 years proven experience in HVAC system installation, repair, and maintenance
- Strong knowledge of construction site operations related to HVAC systems
- Familiarity with construction estimating and pricing methods
- Proficiency in project management principles and practices
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a team
- Knowledge of contract requirements related to HVAC projects
