Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the HVAC service department, focusing on customer satisfaction, team performance, and service excellence.
- Utilize your in-home sales experience to drive revenue through customer interactions and support the sales team in closing deals.
- Work with technicians to identify opportunities for improvement in service quality and option based selling of services and maintenance plans.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
