HVAC Service Manager

Job Summary

Proven experience in in-home service/sales is required.
Prior HVAC experience is a plus but not required; we will train the right person.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Knowledge of the service industry and experience in managing technicians and sales staff is preferred.
A commitment to delivering top-notch service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Manage and lead the HVAC service department, focusing on customer satisfaction, team performance, and service excellence.
Utilize your in-home sales experience to drive revenue through customer interactions and support the sales team in closing deals.
Work with technicians to identify opportunities for improvement in service quality and option based selling of services and maintenance plans.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
