Service Manager
The Hi-Lo Service Manager is responsible for managing the day to day maintenance operation of the company. Responsibilities include scheduling technicians for customer road jobs as well as shop jobs, providing technical assistance to employees and customers, providing support to parts personnel, handling warranty issues, reviewing all completed work and in general ensuring customer expectations are exceeded.
The qualified individual will possess strong leadership skills as well as technical ability to complete all necessary assignments. Prior Hi-Lo experience not necessary but helpful.

- Relevant skills in transmissions, oil change, auto body repair, air brake, alignment, suspension, tire service, diesel engine repair, shocks & struts, and brake repair
