Currently, we have an immediate need for a Lead Installer to be able to self-manage and work with other installers to complete and install projects on time, on budget, and meet all local codes while maintaining Deljo's high standards.

Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour, depending on experience
Hours of Work: Monday - Friday: 7:00 am - 4:00 pm, with some overtime and occasional weekends as needed
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Residential HVAC installation experience
- Strong mechanical skills
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Ability to complete an HVAC system startup
- Desire and commitment to learn and improve
- Capable of performing a system startup
- General knowledge of all HVAC low voltage systems
- Possess or acquire all needed tools
- Must pass drug and background screens
Preferred Qualifications:
- HVAC training
- Experience in construction, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or other trades preferred
