A fast-growing company in the Home Services industry is looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and efficient professional. We are seeking an experienced director to join our HVAC Maintenance company and manage our sales operations with precision and professionalism.
The director will oversee the team for residential and commercial accounts. Experience in the HVAC field is preferred. The director will be trained in all facets of our company. With on-site training, the director will learn the technical aspects of all of our services and will be able to effectively communicate and understand the process, as well as be able to recommend other services offered by Air Flows Chicago.
JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute daily jobs utilizing the necessary labor, equipment, and tools to effectively perform the scope of daily work.
- Delegate and provide hands-on sales training while making sure sales goals are met.
- Maintain and build customer relationships.
- Monitor daily progress for all projects.
