Job Description:
As the Regional Logistics Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our service teams. Your responsibilities will include managing and coordinating the daily activities of our dispatch team, ensuring optimal resource allocation, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the daily operations of the dispatch team, ensuring efficient scheduling and coordination of HVAC service technicians.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and service delivery.
- Coordinate scheduling and resource allocation to ensure timely and effective service.
- Monitor and manage the performance of dispatchers, providing training, support, and guidance to enhance their performance.
- Ensure accurate and timely communication between dispatchers and service technicians.
- Handle escalated customer issues related to dispatch and ensure prompt resolution.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and customer-focused service.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance overall operations.
- Prepare and present regular reports on dispatch operations and performance to senior management.
- Responsible for Utilization studies and forecasts
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics or dispatch management, preferably in the HVAC industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in using scheduling and CRM software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
