Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven HVAC Sales and Operations Manager to lead our sales and operational efforts. This role is responsible for managing the sales team, developing strategies to meet revenue targets, and ensuring the efficient operation of our HVAC services. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HVAC systems and a proven ability to drive sales growth while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
- Strategy Development: Create and execute sales strategies to capture new business, expand existing customer relationships, and enter new markets.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, serving as the primary point of contact.
- Operations Oversight: Oversee daily operations, ensuring optimal service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Territory Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Business Development: Proactively generate new business opportunities while managing current accounts to grow their business.
- Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve customer issues promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales team performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop campaigns that promote HVAC products and services.
- Meetings & Reporting: Attend sales meetings with management to review performance, challenges, and new opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in HVAC sales or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years in a management role.
- HVAC Knowledge: In-depth understanding of HVAC and refrigeration systems, equipment, and services.
- Sales Expertise: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, with experience in business development.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and inspire a sales and operations team.
- Customer Focus: Strong customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), Microsoft Office Suite, and operational tools.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
