n HVAC Sales and Operations Manager for immediate hire for our client, a leading importer and distributor of a broad line of plumbing and heating products.
This is an exciting Full-Time opportunity located onsite in Chicago, Il! As the
HVAC Sales and Operations Manager, you will be managing the sales team, developing strategies to meet revenue targets, and ensuring the efficient operation of our HVAC services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operations Oversight: Oversee daily operations, ensuring optimal service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, serving as the primary point of contact.
- Sales Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
- Strategy Development: Create and execute sales strategies to capture new business, expand existing customer relationships, and enter new markets.
- Territory Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Business Development: Proactively generate new business opportunities while managing current accounts to grow their business.
- Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve customer issues promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales team performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop campaigns that promote HVAC products and services.
- Meetings & Reporting: Attend sales meetings with management to review performance, challenges, and new opportunities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of experience in HVAC sales or a related field
- 3+ years in a management role
- Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), Microsoft Office Suite, and operational tools.
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a drug test
