HVAC Controls Technician
Well established HVAC and Building Automation company is seeking Commercial Controls Technician to join their team! You will be responsible for installing, servicing, and repairing commercial heating and air conditioning control systems such as VAVs, fan coil units, air handlers.
Responsibilities:
- Commissioning, programming, point-to-point testing and troubleshooting HVAC Client controls
- Use of electronic multi-meters and calibration equipment
- Perform routine preventative maintenance
- Respond to emergency maintenance and repair requests
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
- Interact with customers in a professional manner
- Effective written communication skills for documentation of work performed
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial HVAC Client Controls or related field
- Advanced skills working with various computer operating systems and programs
- Tridium N4, Distech experience is a plus
- Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams, flow diagrams
- Ability to handle a physical workload
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Aptitude for mechanical/technical work
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
