Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Commercial HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial HVAC systems, including air conditioners, furnaces, ductwork, and thermostats. If you have a strong understanding of HVAC systems, electrical wiring, refrigeration, and blueprint reading, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Install heating, cooling, and ventilation systems in commercial settings.
- Set up air conditioners, furnaces, ductwork, and thermostats.
- Understand various HVAC systems (split systems, packaged units, heat pumps).
- Wire HVAC systems according to local electrical codes.
- Knowledge of electrical circuits, voltage, and current.
- Handle refrigerants and understand refrigeration cycles.
- EPA certification for handling refrigerants is required.
- Interpret blueprints and technical diagrams for HVAC installation.
- Understand construction plans and specifications.
- Test HVAC systems for proper operation.
- Diagnose and fix installation issues.
