The Sales Manager - is primarily responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, planning, and managing sales team to produce the forecasted company sales and profitability.
Sales Manager - HVAC Job Responsibilities
1. Manage the sales process by managing each sales team member individual goals and real-time results; keeping of analytics and track of each team member results daily.
2. Spend time on the most impactful and revenue-generating activities. Create relevant options for addressing problems/opportunities and achieving desired sales outcome.
3. Establish relationships and trust with both internal and external customers as well as, with Field Supervisors, Technicians, and Inside Sales Team.
4. Train and develop Inside/Outside sales team while driving and pushing our sales force to reach established sales quotas.
5. Sales Manager will conduct strategic sales calls and ride a long, coaching and development of the sales team as well as new hires acclimating them to our processes.
6. Sales Manager will maintain constant communication with Sales Team to ensure Sales results are met.
7. Sales manager will be required to be available afterhours and on weekends for a growing HVAC Company expanding their operations in and out of Houston and surrounding areas.

Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
Must have HVAC background experience.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
