Austin Staffing has a great opportunity! We are hiring Roadside Assistance Agents for dispatch and customer service!
This role will be assisting members with Roadside issues such as flat tires, towing needs, lock outs, etc..
This is a fast-paced role that requires excellent communication between the member and the network tow yards, handle multiple situations simultaneously, and the ability to remain professional and calm at all times even during member excitement during elevated events. Your caring attitude and demeanor will be able to help you member through any situation they might be facing.

1. Must always demonstrate a positive attitude.
2. Have a genuine desire to help people in need.
3. Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
4. Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook.
5. Be able to Google information on the fly.
6. Ability to multi-task, follow up, document, and meet goals and deadlines.
7. Ability to speak with 3rd party service providers to negotiate rates and services on the member’s behalf.
8. Understand and operate by the Company’s Policies and Procedures.
9. Well-qualified candidates may be considered for lead positions.
10. Bonuses may be extended for exceeding expected levels of production.
