Requirements:
-Able to multi-task by answering phones and simultaneously scheduling on computer
-Must have at least three years prior dispatching/scheduling experience
Duties:
- Answer the phones in a friendly, customer service-oriented voice
- Assist customers with work requests and questions about company services
- Enter customer work requests in Service Fusion, our dispatch and scheduling application
- Follow-up with customers as needed, including scheduling details, satisfaction with service or to facilitate payment
-Provide a high level of customer service to maintain customer satisfaction
-Requires rotational answering of phone with other dispatchers for after-hour, night and weekend calls. If it's an emergency contact technician or enter service ticket via cell phone.
-Collaborate with other dispatchers, service technicians and invoicing specialists
