Regional Sales Manager
The Opportunity
Quietflex, a member of Daikin Industries, is seeking a professional, skilled individual for our PTAC Regional Sales Manager position. The PTAC Regional Sales Manager will: Plan, organize, maintain, develop, and grow a volume driven and profitable base of up to approximately 150 target and core accounts. Ensure that each member of the account base is completely aware of the features and benefits of PTAC products and programs.

May include.
- Plan, organize, maintain, develop, and grow a volume driven and profitable base of approximately 150 target and core Accounts.
- Target and sign-up new accounts within assigned territory
- Maintain and improve sales revenue and gross margin.
- Maintain an accurate call history within the CRM system.
- Follow up and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all company policies related to sales are followed throughout the region.
- Manage relationship between GDI and other Independent Distribution within assigned geographical area.
- Remain abreast with current industry trends with involvement in local trade organizations including ACCA, SMACNA, ASHRAE, and HBA or other similar such groups.
- Ensure client accounts have all the information they require to maintain and exceed customer service expectations including policies and processes on promotions, new product launches, billing, returns, product changes etc.
Nature and Scope:
- Is recognized as a subject matter expert in job area.
- Manages large projects or processes with limited oversight from manager.
- Coaches, reviews, and delegates work to lower-level professionals
- Problems faced are difficult and often complex.
Knowledge and Skills:
· Excellent communication and presentation skills, both oral and written,
· Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
· Proficient computer skills required including Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
· Strong customer service skills with the ability to generate new business through creating and carrying out a sales plan.
· Strong organizational skills
- Ability to read and understand construction documents and drawings/plans.
Experience:
5+ years general business sales experience preferably with HVAC wholesale.
HVAC Experience Preferred.
Education:
College Diploma or equivalent
Physical Requirements / Working Environment:
Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations.
Some lifting (up to 20 lbs.).
Long hours on computer keyboard.
Prolonged periods of standing, sitting, and/or walking.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
