Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, including air conditioning units and boilers.
- Perform appliance repair and equipment repair as needed.
- Conduct property maintenance tasks related to HVAC systems.
- Drive a van to various job sites for field service work.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system issues.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an HVAC installer or similar role is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of HVAC systems.
- Ability to drive a van and possess a valid driver's license.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot system issues.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
- Current HVAC (journeyman or apprentice) license.
- Must have own tools.
