We are in search of a full time experienced plumbing departament manager to run our plumbing division. We need to add a quality leader to help maintain and grow our growing department and maintain our standards of excellence.
You will be responsible for overseeing field activities within the plumbing service department. Also provide support, guidance and training to field personnel who perform plumbing production work. Coordinate schedules measure efficiency and monitor plumbing departament employees quality of work. Support and enforce the compliance of all applicable company policies and procedures. Work with a high degree of honesty and integrity tp promote and maintain our positive image.
Experience Required
Minimum 2 years of experience managing/leading multiple residential plumbing departament
Your Knowledge & Skills
3-5 years of leadership or management experience
5 years minimum plumbing experience
Ability to handle customer inquires
Ability to prioritize and organize your work and the work of others in order to make the most efficient use of the time available
Ability to inspire your team

Your Assignment
Model leadership
Promote 100% customer satisfaction
Complete production plumbing training and evaluations on a regular basis
Manage production plumbing staffing, scheduling, training, evaluations, required certifications and personnel related needs
Perform and document regular, random, field audits plumbing production work
Manage and maintain the install process from start to finish including completing all necessary task involved such as job assignments and scheduling and the ordering of all necessary equipment etc.
Ensure all plumbing permits are closed out in a timely manner. Promptly respond to customer complaints; define the customers issues, needs/request and determine the best course of action to resolve the problem. Perform follow up tasks as needed to ensure complete resolution/customer satisfaction.
