We are looking for top performers in the HVAC residential services sector and offering a $5000 sign-on bonus to join our team.
As a Village HVAC Technician, you will start your day from home being dispatched to your first job @ 8:00 am. You will troubleshoot residential HVAC issues and discuss repair options with the homeowner and complete the repairs. You also have the option to flip time-consuming jobs to our Install team. If new HVAC equipment is an viable option, you will pass the lead to a Comfort Advisor and still make a commission on the sale.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid Texas Driver's License
- EPA Certification (Type II minimum)
- Registered Air Conditioning Technician with TDLR
- 3 + years experience as a residential HVAC Service Technician
