What We’re Looking for!
We’re looking for exceptional Residential HVAC Technicians in Houston, TX who can deliver the most efficient, highest quality customer experience in residential HVAC repair and maintenance. We want technicians who will follow our proven ABC process to repair our customers equipment and set leads for our comfort specialist to advise them on upgrade and replacement options.
We offer:
- $21 - $31 an hour plus Bonuses!!!
- Pay is hourly plus 5% on repairs and 5% on sold replacement leads by comfort advisor

What You’ll Do
- As an HVAC Technician you will Provide residential HVAC service in existing homes, where you work around, educate and provide add on sales options to customers daily
- As one of our HVAC Technicians you work Independently and Take responsibility for your job’s from start to finish
- Ensure that all heating and air systems are working efficiently, and educate the customer on how to operate the system properly
- Deliver excellent customer service and always ensure a high level of customer satisfaction!

- Our HVAC Technicians have 1 to 5 years of residential HVAC service and repair experience and more
- Texas Registered w/ EPA Certification
- Clean cut appearance with a GREAT Attitude

- Must be able to successfully pass a federal drug test, background check, and motor vehicle check
