The Encompass Group is working with a reputable mechanical contractor based in Cedar Park, RX looking to add Service Manager to their team. As a Project Manager, you’ll be the engine driving our projects forward, managing every detail from groundbreaking to grand opening. You’ll lead with precision, ensuring projects stay on track, on budget, and above expectations.

Responsibilities:

Foster strong relationships with customers, vendors, and subcontractors.
Oversee projects through their life cycle, ensuring budget adherence.
Ensure project safety through regular safety meetings, site inspections, and compliance oversight.
Identify resource needs and collaborate with leadership to meet project goals.
Prepare assessments, solutions, proposals, presentations, and studies.
Manage transitions between design, construction, and completion phases.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including contractors, architects, engineers, and owners.
Contribute to development strategies and objectives for each project phase.
Support business development with proposals and bid responses.
Handle project closeout, including startup, commissioning, turnover, and warranty activities.

Qualifications:

5+ years of commercial mechanical/HVAC experience
Strong understanding of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, piping) and how they integrate within a building.
