The Territory Manager should effectively manage and grow a designated sales territory in the Lithia Springs, GA area with a strong commitment to results. We are looking for someone who is a highly motivated individual with strong work habits involving customer service in a variety of activities and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The candidate must be located within the territory.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Grow territory sales revenue by adding new customers.
- Manage and develop existing customer base.
- Perform sales responsibilities in a “consultant-like” relationship with customers.
- HVAC knowledge.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong computer skills.
- Detail oriented and organized.
- Work independently or in a group setting.
- Train and support customer needs.
- Be accountable for results.
- Reporting and budgeting.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
Competencies
- Minimum of 3 years of HVAC experience.
- Must be proficient with Windows and Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Execute marketing programs by working through contractor customers.
- Must have excellent interpersonal/communication skills.
- Must be a self-starter capable of working independently.
