Carroll Service Co. is seeking an experienced residential HVAC PM technician/installer to join our team. Qualified candidates will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance and assisting with the installation of residential hvac systems. Work schedule is Monday-Friday. Technicians are required to participate in the on call rotation. On call is 8-5pm on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays.
Competitive pay based on experience and skill level.
$1,000 sign on bonus (after probationary period)
Requirements:
- 1 year minimum of verifiable residential HVAC preventive maintenance technician/installation experience
- Valid NC drivers license
- Good driving record with no insurance points
- Must be able to pass background check
- Customer service and communication skills
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of NC Mechanical and Fuel Gas Codes
- Service Technician experience
- EPA Certification
- Nate Certification is a plus
- Must have your own hand tools and testing instruments (larger tools are company provided)
- Must be able to crawl under houses and work in hot attics
- Must be able to climb ladders
- Must be able to lift 75lbs+
- Must currently live within 30 minutes of our office/shop (Garner, NC)
- Must have transportation to our office/shop (Garner, NC)
