As the General Manager (GM), you will be at the forefront of operations, ensuring that the company consistently exceeds industry standards in workplace safety, exceptional customer care, superior service quality, and efficient operations. Responsibilities
- Build and sustain a diverse team of talented individuals who uphold our values of a safe work environment, exceptional customer care, superior service standards, and efficient operations.
- Monitor controllable expenses to ensure financial targets are met or exceeded.
- Observe operations, analyze reports, and conduct audits to ensure all activities align with company policies and procedures.
- Review and monitor sales performance to identify trends, develop improvement plans, and implement best practices.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize operations, enhance customer experiences, and drive business performance.
- Provide leadership and direction, ensuring team members understand their responsibilities and align with company goals.
- Spend the majority of time coaching, mentoring, and leading the team.
- Maintain full knowledge of all equipment and facility operations, ensuring functionality and adherence to standards.
- Execute preventive maintenance schedules while managing costs effectively.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and external partners.
- Oversee payroll and scheduling, ensuring labor use is efficient and aligned with business needs.
- Ensure the facility, signage, and equipment remain visually appealing and operational.
- Collaborate with leadership to regularly assess opportunities, identify strengths and weaknesses, and address potential challenges.
- Work cross-functionally with departments such as Finance, Training, and Operations to drive growth and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a high-volume service industry (QSR, restaurant, hospitality, or retail).
- Strong financial acumen with a proven ability to manage budgets and operational costs effectively.
- Demonstrated success in team leadership, employee engagement, and performance management.
- Ability to communicate effectively, provide clear expectations, and drive accountability while fostering a positive culture.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a data-driven, results-oriented approach.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, bend/kneel repeatedly, and lift/carry up to 50 lbs.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
