- Ensure compliance with all cleanliness and sanitation standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and address any issues promptly.
- Train staff on proper sanitation protocols.
- Sales and Marketing
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns and special events.
- Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Financial Management
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Manage labor costs, beverage costs, and other operational expenses.
- Ensure profitability and financial health of the business.
- Guest Service
- Maintain high standards of guest service and guest satisfaction.
- Address guest complaints and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Monitor and respond to online reviews and ratings.
- Vendor and Supplier Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Hold Vendors accountable and ensure compliance with agreements.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with vendors.
- Event Management
- Partner with event organizers to enhance guest experience.
- Develop and implement innovative event programming.
- Use feedback from events to improve future collaborations.
- Promotions and Networking
- Develop and implement strategic promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drive guest engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industry partners, clients, and community organizations to expand the company's network and foster collaborative opportunities.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role.

- Knowledge of industry regulations and standards.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
