Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work independently as well as part of a team to ensure high-quality service delivery to our clients.
Duties
- Install HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties according to specifications and local codes.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks and repairs on existing HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot issues with heating and cooling systems, providing effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other technicians and service personnel to complete projects efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including equipment repairs and service history.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all installations and repairs.
- Assist in the design of HVAC systems tailored to client needs, including ductwork layout and equipment selection.
Experience
- Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to plumb, weld, and perform equipment repair tasks.
- Experience with field service operations related to HVAC systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with property maintenance practices and refrigerate systems is beneficial.
- Valid driver's license with the ability to operate company vehicles for job-related travel is required.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.06 - $34.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
