The Center for Ageless Living is currently seeking qualified applicants to perform maintenance tasks including HVAC, pool and hot tub chemical and pool equipment monitoring, septic and water system repair and maintenance. In joining our team you will maintain the physical structure and ensure the safety of the community. Responsibilities include documenting procedural compliance, routine building maintenance tasks and completing work orders in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
Opening the pool and spa facilities to accommodate our clients and customers
- Handling general maintenance repair needs at the community
- Maintaining the grounds, facility and equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with current applicable federal, state and local standards
- Working to problem solve, plan, organize, communicate and cooperate with others to ensure that projects are completed
- Keeping accurate maintenance records of work done.
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Must have good communication skills
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
- Qualifications:
The successful applicant will have a minimum of two years of maintenance experience or equivalent related experience. Understanding of the chemical and sanitization of pools and spa, ability to work with pool and spa filtering systems, pumps, chemical feeds for sanitization. General knowledge of minor building maintenance, i.e. plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and drywall repair. HVAC experience critical. Must be able to consistently complete grounds, work orders, and turnovers by specified deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Must have a valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years of similar experience.
