THE VITAL ROLE YOU'LL HAVE

This is a full-time position with a schedule that includes Monday through Friday and some weekends. Your work hours will vary, and you'll be attending different shows and chamber events in the DFW area and south of Dallas, including Midlothian and surrounding areas.

As our Experienced HVAC Service Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our service operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. From managing customer relations to overseeing the department's P&L budgeting, your leadership will drive the success of our service team. You will be responsible for prioritizing work orders, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and supporting your team with training, coaching, and mentoring to enhance their skills and capabilities. No two days will be the same you'll be managing diverse tasks while ensuring we provide the best possible service in the DFW area and beyond.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS

Management experience
Understanding of advanced principles of heating and air conditioning
