Must haves:
- Extensive knowledge of machinery relating to steam boilers & chillers: boilers, chillers, cooling towers, distribution piping, pumps & valves
- Ability to operate & maintain the boiler & chiller control systems
- At least 5 years of managerial experience at a chiller & steam boiler plant or related plant
Plusses:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering: mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, electrical engineering, aerospace engineering, chemical engineering
Day to Day:
Insight Global is searching for a plant manager to join and lead a chiller and steam boiler plant supporting mission critical customers. In the plant manager role, you will manage a team of plant operators supporting the quality steam & chilled water production. Other key aspects of the role include establishing/overseeing maintenance schedules and operating procedures, taking reports from operators, delegating plant inventory ordering tasks, and coordinating with top level leadership on plant initiatives.
Compensation:
$104,000 per year annual salary.
