The General Manager is responsible for leading, motivating and energizing the team to provide world-class customer service, on-time deliveries, and top-quality products. This position is responsible for the operational and financial performance of the facility. This position is responsible for clearly distilling information and communicating to staff and senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities
· Manage plant day-to-day operations, with the focus on ensuring each department is working collaboratively and responsively
· Assessing accountability for the performance of all departments, setting measurable goals and expectations for production, and quality matrices.
· Implementing strategies for cost minimization and efficiency optimization in all areas of the plant operations.
· Manage, lead and mentor managers, staff and workforce
· Maintain overall vision business and marketing objectives
· Keep Senior leadership informed of sales and key issues
· Maintains budgeted revenues, sales, labor, supplies and operating cash flow. Reviews monthly profit and loss statement and acts on all variances
· Review financial statements, and shift production reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement.
· Other duties as assigned by senior leadership team
QUALIFICATIONS/PRIMARY JOB REQUIREMENTS:
· BS/BA in management or equivalent work experience (MBA preferred)
· Minimum 5+ years operations/management experience
· Excellent record keeping, attention to detail and communication skills
· Strong written, verbal, organizational and interpersonal skills
· Thorough knowledge of MS Office products
· Ability to work well with superiors, co-workers and direct reports in an office environment
· Ability to change tasks quickly and still maintain attention
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $130,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
