About the Role:
As the Operations Manager, you will manage and guide our talented team of HVAC technicians and sales/support personnel. Your primary objective will be to drive consistent, profitable sales growth through strategic planning and effective personnel management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and mentor HVAC Service Technicians to enhance their skill sets and performance.
- Coordinate invoicing for service contracts, repairs, and projects, ensuring promptness and accuracy.
- Provide clear direction on operational duties based on management guidelines.
- Analyze staffing needs and implement necessary personnel changes to support our business plan.
- Collaborate with the sales team and upper management to achieve optimal customer satisfaction and business success.
- Prepare and present reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the HVAC service industry.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Strong management and supervisory skills; a natural leader and team player.
- Prior experience in HVAC business operations, especially with A/C companies.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to connect with people.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record in delivering client solutions and achieving sales targets.
