**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Building Manager to oversee the daily operations of our facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance management and project management. This role is responsible for ensuring the building is safe, secure, and well-maintained for all occupants.

**Duties:**

- Oversee the maintenance of the building, including coordinating with maintenance personnel and vendors to complete tasks in a timely and cost-effective manner.

- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure the building remains in good condition.

- Manage and coordinate projects, including budgeting and planning to ensure timely completion.

- Supervise a team of building staff, including maintenance personnel, security personnel, and other support staff.

- Perform routine inspections of the building to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

- Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues as they arise.

- Develop and manage budgets for maintenance and repairs.

- Ensure all building staff have the necessary training and equipment to perform their jobs safely and effectively.

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience in maintenance management, industrial maintenance, and project management.

- Strong leadership skills and the ability to supervise a team..

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in a related field preferred.

- Must be physically able to perform tasks in a fast-paced environment and climb stairs as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $106,689.00 - $118,494.00 per year
