Job Description: Sales Rep / Account Manager - Custom Plastic Products
Need someone selling FOR custom molder or extruders.
Preference to any custom profile extrusion. Building products, furniture, hvac, fenestration, healthcare, Tier 2 automotive, etc
Custom molding might work, but the ideal person is selling custom extrusions.
Materials sales will not work.
Remote Opportunity. Preference given to candidate located in the Midwest.
Salary + commission
80-100K base plus uncapped commission. 120-150K+ Total comp
Position Summary:
We are in search of a dynamic Sales Rep with a proven track record of at least 5 years in sales, particularly in custom plastics sales. This role involves overseeing an established book of business while strategically growing it and expanding our customer base. Candidates should bring their expertise in product sales within the plastics sector, ideally from a custom solutions manufacturing background. It is essential for the candidate to be based in the designated in the Midwest territory, relocation assistance is available. Territory Sales Manager Responsibilities:
- Assume responsibility for the established book of business within the assigned territory, driving growth and proactively acquiring new customers.
- Leverage your expertise in chemical sales to serve the janitorial space effectively, demonstrating a deep understanding of industry nuances.
- Collaborate with existing customers and establish rapport to foster lasting relationships.
- Collaborate with our core team to align strategies and maximize market presence.
- Engage with potential clients, showcasing the value of our products and services, with a goal to expand our customer base.
Territory Sales Manager Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, demonstrating skillful territory management.
- Proven expertise in custom plastics sales, preferably within a manufacturing context.
- Residence within the territory is mandatory

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
