Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven HVAC B2B Sales Representative to identify, develop, and close sales opportunities in the commercial HVAC market. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HVAC systems, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of success in B2B sales. This role will focus on building relationships with commercial property managers, contractors, business owners, and other key decision-makers to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify and target new business opportunities within the commercial HVAC market.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including property managers, facilities managers, contractors, and business owners.
- Act as the primary point of contact for commercial clients, providing exceptional service and support.
- Lead Generation & Outreach:
- Research and prospect potential clients through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Follow up on leads generated by marketing efforts.
- Consultative Selling:
- Conduct site visits and needs assessments to provide tailored HVAC solutions.
- Prepare and present professional proposals and quotes.
- Market Knowledge & Reporting:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and updates to the management team.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the HVAC or construction industries.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and commercial applications is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
