What You’ll Do:
- Meet with pre-qualified homeowners to provide solutions and give quotes on full HVAC system replacements.
- Educate customers on energy-efficient systems that will improve their comfort and save them money.
- Work hard and stay driven – long hours and Arizona heat are part of the deal, but the rewards are worth it.
- Take advantage of ongoing training and coaching to sharpen your skills and maximize your sales potential.

What We’re Looking For:
- Hungry, motivated go-getters who are not afraid to grind and put in the work.
- Someone who is coachable, competitive, and thrives in a performance-based environment.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus, but we will train the right person.
- A strong communicator who can build trust and connect with homeowners.
- Must be comfortable working in all temperatures, including extreme Arizona heat.
- No PTO allowed from June 1 – August 31st (our busiest season – time to make serious money!).

Pay: $60,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
