Duties
- Lead and supervise teams across various locations to ensure operational excellence.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
- Manage profit and loss statements to ensure financial targets are met.
- Oversee project management initiatives, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying areas for process enhancement.
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to support business development efforts.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to team members.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably as an Area Manager or similar position.
- Strong skills in business development, project management, sales, and leadership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate teams.
- Demonstrated ability in process improvement methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in managing profit loss statements.
- Ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day operations effectively.
- A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred but not required.
