Job Overview
We are seeking skilled HVAC Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems in residential and commercial buildings.
Duties
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems
- Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC/R equipment
- Interpret and follow technical drawings and schematics
- Provide excellent customer service during field service calls
- Drive a company van to various job sites
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician; 5 years experience is required, 10 years experience is preferred
- Proficiency in property maintenance
- Knowledge of air conditioning systems
- Familiarity with HVAC/R systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
