Under general supervision, provides support for the maintenance related needs of all Central City Healthbuildings and grounds.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- High School diploma or GED equivalent required
- Minimum of two (2) years of recent maintenance experience (within the last ten years) that includes maintaining various building interior and exterior features, including painted walls, baseboards, tiled & carpeted floor surfaces, and brass & stainless-steel finishes required
- Current Michigan Chauffeur’s Driver’s License required
- Demonstrated ability to adhere to State of Michigan driving laws, evidenced by maintaining an insurable driving record in accordance with CCIH commercial auto insurance carrier required
- Ability to use basic carpentry, plumbing, painting, custodial hand, and electric powered tools
- Experience with basic HVAC, electrical, and plumbing duties highly preferred
