Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management and demonstrate exceptional leadership skills. As the Hotel General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction, managing staff, and driving revenue growth while maintaining the highest standards of service.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all hotel operations, ensuring a seamless guest experience from check-in to check-out.
- Develop and implement effective revenue management strategies to maximize profitability.
- Oversee human resources functions including hiring, training, and performance management of staff.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations as well as hotel policies and procedures.
- Monitor front desk operations to ensure efficient handling of guest inquiries and concerns.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional development among staff.
- Analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Build strong relationships with guests, addressing their needs promptly and effectively.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and overall hotel appearance.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the hotel’s services and enhance its reputation in the market.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
- Knowledge of revenue management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong phone etiquette.
- Familiarity with front desk operations and customer service best practices.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of hotel management.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $73,500.00 per year
