Qualifications:
- Experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role
- Proficiency in reading schematics and understanding technical manuals
- Knowledge of electrical, refrigeration systems, boilers, plumbing, and air conditioning units
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Tridium and controls logic training/certification preferred
- EPA certification preferred
