POSITION: Maintenance Technician (Specializing in Apartment Maintenance). 5 Years minimum experience.
SHIFT: 8:00 AM -- 4:00 PM M-F -- with Limited Weekends
The position consists of the following general duties but is not all inclusive.
Performs skilled technical work in the maintenance, repair, replacement, and installation of heating, air conditioning and refrigeration equipment, controls and distribution systems; refrigerant recovery and recording; refrigerant charging, split system and package unit installation; participate in the maintenance and operations of the building maintenance department; clean, maintain and service tools and equipment used in the performance of duties. HVAC knowledge a plus.

Qualifications:
- EPA Technician Certification required
- High School diploma or equivalent GED certificate.
- Own hand tools.
- General knowledge of pool maintenance and chemicals. Will train if needed.
- General knowledge of drywall repairs/painting. Will train if needed.
- Must be proficient in both oral and written English. Bilingual is a plus.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot problems, identify solutions, and recommend and implement methods, procedures or techniques for solution.
- Must possess a valid Florida State driver's license.
- Must have a telephone.
- Must be Dependable.
