```Duties:```
- Perform checks, maintenance, and repair of Building Management Systems installed by CTC Inc.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC Controls system issues and make necessary repairs.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance of HVAC Controls systems.
- Test HVAC Controls systems for proper functioning and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Install, repair, or replace defective parts in HVAC Controls systems, such as controllers, actuators, sensors, relays, etc.
- Collaborate with other technicians and contractors to complete projects on time and within budget.
- Keep accurate records of all work performed, including service reports and equipment maintenance logs.

- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of HVAC systems.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics and blueprints.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
-Must have or be willing to obtain OSHA 10 Certification
-Must pass CORI check

Pay: $32.50 - $35.00 per hour
