Preference will be given to candidates with significant experience in PCB/PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly). Ideal candidates should have managed or been substantially involved in environments where PCB/PCBA production was a central focus of the business operations.
Job Description
Summary: Currently seeking a dynamic leader who, in collaboration with the Group Vice President and Corporate, will establish and achieve business objectives for the site. This role will guide efforts in business operations, customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and community involvement, all while upholding the highest ethical standards.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct long-range planning to support corporate goals and objectives.
- Manage the site to minimize operating costs, boost revenue, and exceed customer expectations.
- Seek out new business opportunities and customer expansion.
- Oversee employee discipline and morale.
- Support corporate and senior staff in policy creation and ensure implementation at the site.
- Provide quarterly business and capital investment forecasts.
- Lead management and support staff in a collaborative environment to continuously improve site performance in terms of speed, quality, cost, and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in Benchmark initiatives through site projects, education and training programs, and resource sharing.
- Review pricing and costs for current and prospective customers to find opportunities and reduce overall costs.
- Provide leadership and direction for the site's Lean Sigma program to align with corporate goals and increase value stream transformation.
- Support human development programs for site team members.
- Perform job roles at a site with less than 500 employees and manage annual revenue under $150M USD.
- Utilize professional concepts, systems, and tools effectively.
- Apply company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues.
- Operate effectively in daily business activities.
- Work closely with the Group VP and Corporate to establish site goals and objectives.
- Dive deep into functional responsibilities and performance metrics to identify and resolve challenges.
- Multi-task and manage site improvements through hands-on coaching and mentoring of team members.
- Collaborate with site Lean Champion and Controllers to estimate, track, and validate the financial benefits of Lean Sigma projects.
- Adhere to all safety and health regulations and company security policies.

Pay: $181,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
