Qualifications:
- Proven track record in heating and cooling systems including ability to draw simple diagrams, read blueprints and other diagrams.
- 4+ years of service experience (residential and light commercial) HVAC system troubleshooting/repair
- Type 2 / EPA Universal Certified, NATE Certification, Basic Tools, Refrigerant Gauges, Multi Meters
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High integrity with the strong desire to be better tomorrow than you are today.
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Must be able to pass drug screen and background check
Responsibilities:
- Build strong customer relationships by providing knowledge and understanding of new and existing customer needs and expectations.
- Troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repairing of residential and light commercial air conditioning and multi-zone heating and cooling systems
- Troubleshoot and repair all electrical and mechanical components of HVAC equipment
- Provides startups and troubleshooting for residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Explain replacement opportunities for aging, inefficient or underperforming systems.
- Understand your service criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals.
- Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck,
- Be accurate and timely with invoices, timecards, curbside feedback, and option sheets.
- Participate actively in all training exercises, continued education, morning meetings, trade shows and retreats.

Pay: $19.00 - $40.00 per hour
