Summary
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Manager to join our team at Norris Air, Inc. This role is essential for overseeing HVAC installations and maintenance operations, ensuring that our high standards of service and customer satisfaction are met.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate HVAC installation and repair projects to ensure timely completion.
- Train and mentor technicians on best practices for equipment installation and maintenance.
- Conduct regular inspections of work sites to maintain quality control and safety standards.
- Communicate with customers regarding service needs, project timelines, and follow-up care.
- Troubleshoot complex HVAC issues and provide effective solutions in the field.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in HVAC technology.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in HVAC supervision or a similar role within the industry.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with expertise in a variety of equipment types and sizes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on equipment repair and maintenance.
- Ability to lead a team effectively while fostering a positive work environment.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
- Experience in commercial maintenance and repair is a plus.
- Familiarity with new build small commercial a plus.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
